What Happy Tails Daycare needs at the door

Happy Tails Daycare checks these vaccination records before a pet is admitted. If your pet's card is on VaxCheck, you can see below whether it passes today.

Required

  • Rabiesaccepted until the date on the certificate
  • DHPP / Distemper-Parvoaccepted until the date on the certificate
  • Bordetella (kennel cough)accepted for 6 months from the date given
  • Canine influenzaaccepted for 12 months from the date given
