Do I have to make owners sign up for anything?

What if an owner brings a paper certificate?
Photograph it at the counter and type the dates the clinic printed. The photo is filed with the record, so the record shows 'certificate on file' rather than 'somebody typed this' — and you can ask the clinic on it to confirm in one click.
Does VaxCheck verify the certificate is real?
