Canada works the other way round from the United States. Of the provinces we have checked against the regulation itself, Ontario is the only one that requires pet owners to vaccinate against rabies. In the others, what touches a groomer, daycare or kennel is a licence or a standard of care, provincial or municipal, and the vaccination policy is the business’s own.
